March 7, 2003 Dear I am delighted to inform you that the Board of Trustees of the National Park Trust has chosen former Congresswoman Connie Morella to receive this year's Vento Public Service Award. This award was established to recognize those in public service who have demonstrated a lifetime of distinguished skill, resourcefulness or innovation in the preservation of land, water or historic resources for the legacy of America.
