Buddy in NYC!

Teacher Alan Nunez contacted NPT to get a Buddy Bison for an after school arts program he runs in Harlem, New York City. He has several ideas of how to generate the kids' creativity and get them excited about being outdoors. Here's a link to a YouTube video created by one of his students, Keon. Alan says that Keon is "an amazingly shy young man, so it was great that we got this much out of him." It is a wonderfully creative video of all of the National Parks where Keon would like to take his Buddy. In the photo here, Buddy stopped to visit New York City's Federal Hall while gallivanting with Alan around lower Manhattan.
