Pikes Peak Chapter of the Mule Deer Foundation presents M. U. L. E. Y. Kids' Day (Mindful, Understanding, Legal, and Ethical Youth), an introduction to the shooting sports and wildlife conservation. Activities may include (subject to finalization and availability of presenters): Shotgun Safety & Shooting Range, BB Gun Safety & Shooting Range, Archery Safety & Shooting Range, CPW Laser Range & Hunting Ethics, Black Powder Safety & Shooting Range, Llama Packing Demonstration, Cowboy Action Shooting Demonstrations, Cape Care/ Taxidermy Classes, .22 Rifle Safety Shooting Range, Wildlife Conservation Classes. Cost per child: $10.00 by prepaid pre-registration ($20.00 at the door) includes M.U.L.E.Y. hat, MDF Youth Membership, meal, beverages, equipment, ammunition, hearing protection, etc. Cost for escorting adults: $5 for lunch & beverages.
