National Park Trust is pleased to announce the election of Charles Pardoe, Christopher Graham and Ann Gualtieri to its Board of Trustees.

Charles Pardoe is a managing director with Prudential Real Estate Investors and a director of Mubadala Pramerica Real Estate Investors, a joint venture between Prudential and Abu Dhabi’s Mubadala Development Corporation. He is responsible for managing Prudential’s corporate relationships with the large Sovereign Wealth Funds in the Middle East. He is a director of the Prescott Farm Environmental Educational Center in Laconia, New Hampshire and also president of the Samuel P. Pardoe Foundation, a family foundation that helps to support Prescott Farm and their mission. “We are incredibly fortunate to have such a bounty of magnificent outdoor places to call our own, from Central Park in Manhattan to the White Mountains in New Hampshire to the National Parks all over America. I really believe in National Park Trust's mission to protect and preserve parks today and to grow park stewards for tomorrow."
Chris Graham currently serves as the head of the Compliance, Investigation and Security group in the Georgia-Pacific (GP) law department. Georgia-Pacific is one of the world's leading international manufacturers of tissue, pulp, paper, packaging, and building products with more than 300 manufacturing facilities worldwide. Prior to starting with GP in April 2010, Chris was the General Counsel for INVISTA a privately held company with a portfolio of internationally recognized brands and trademarks, including LYCRA®, STAINMASTER®, and COOLMAX®. Before joining the Koch Industries family of companies in 2004, Chris was a partner with Hunton & Williams. Chris came to Hunton & Williams after serving as a Captain in the United States Army for four years as a Judge Advocate. “Growing up I spent lots of time in our nation’s parks and it’s important to me that today’s youth – including my daughters – develop an appreciation for the beauty our nation has to offer.”
Ann Gualtieri has 22 years of management experience with multinational corporations. Ann's diverse career includes executive positions at E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Co., G.D. Searle & Co. (Monsanto), and Abbott Laboratories. She has held global leadership positions in: Corporate Strategy, Investor Relations, Human Resources, Business Development, and Product Development. Currently, she consults in the areas of strategy, investor relations, and organizational development. "I learned to love the out-of-doors as a child – hiking in the woods near our home and exploring the national parks on family vacations – and that connection with nature remains an important part of my life. I look forward to working on the National Park Trust board to help preserve our nation's parks and introduce more children to the joy of experiencing the natural world.
