Come check out an Educational Backpack and explore Fontainebleau State Park at your family’s own pace. Backpacks include all of the tools to view and track all of the interesting things in the park. Educational Backpacks can be checked-out for day-use from the Visitor Center. There is a $3 day-use fee required for entry to the park.

100 Year Scavenger Hunt

Living History Farm Program

The historic site’s Living History Farm Program operates weekly on Saturday and Sunday from Memorial Day weekend through early-August. Costumed interpretive staff present life in rural Missouri in the 1870s. Demonstrations focus on the way people lived and played in the 19th century. Fate Bell’s Pictograph Shelter/Canyon Guided Walking Tour
